    •    CASR Part 21 (Manufacturing)
    •    CASR Part 42 (CAMO)
    •    AOC
    •    ISO 9001:2015 - Internal Audits
    •    Supplier/ Contractor/ Sub-contractor

We audit against your current procedures detailed in your respective manual(s), to ensure your organisation is meeting regulatory requirements for the approval(s) you hold and that internal procedures are being followed.

Audit Process
Prior to each audit an Audit Scope will be determined and sent to all key personnel at least 7 days prior to the audit commencing. This will be followed by a quick brief on-site on the day of the audit to discuss the Audit Scope and to address any questions raised by the auditee(s). Once the audit has commenced, we will endeavour to minimise distractions to employees whilst conducting the audit as we appreciate business still continues during the audit process. At the completion of the audit, an Exit Meeting will be held with all key personnel to discuss the findings of the audit, both positive and areas for improvement. A detailed Exit Summary will be provided during this meeting and will outline the potential findings which will only be reported on once accepted by the auditee(s). Following the completion of the on-site element of the audit, an Audit Report will be issued, detailing the findings from the audit as agreed at the Exit Meeting.

You may choose to provide us with your own audit documentation, such as checklists, audit report templates etc, or if you prefer, we will conduct the audit using our documentation.  This will be discussed with you prior to the audit commencing.
At AAS we provide high quality audits which benefit your organisation and to assist you with any compliance issues to ensure when it’s time for your third-party regulatory audit, all documented procedures are relevant and being conformed to.
